Wedding FavoursIn May 2010, I was asked by a lovely couple to make something special and decorative for their 'wedding favour cup cake boxes'. Such an unusual idea, I couldn't resist! As they had seen and liked some of my work using words stamped into copper, we decided that a simple 'thank-you' would be a great way of personally thanking each of the wedding guests, whilst giving them a nice little memento.
  The cupcakes went down a treat with the wedding guests ( I didn't make those by the way!) and the copper thank-you's were also gratefully received.
Copper word decorations can be made to suit your requirements, whatever they may be.
Outdoor Dragonfly This is a photograph of a commission that I made in 2008. It is a 2ft x 2ft copper dragonfly, which stands 4ft off the ground. It is a larger version of the smaller plant pot stakes that are seen on this website. Again, it is made from a recycled copper water tank, copper pipe and electrical wire. This is a one off piece, and took several months to complete and install.

Each piece will be different, as the design also depends on the materials available. This also ensures that you have a completely original and unique work of art that will last a lifetime.
Copper wall DecorationsThis item is made from the base of a copper water tank. The outside 'petals' have been attached separately, along with the individual butterflies, flowers and dragonfly, which are also made from copper. This item is approximately 66cm in diameter and looks great indoors or outdoors. The colour of this item is black, as this was the colour of the inside of the copper water tank when it was cut up, although there are polished areas. It has been sprayed with a clear lacquer to enhance and protect its natural look.
