About Anthea Yeo...
My Career
I have been a ‘metal artist’ since 1994 and although my training was primarily using silver, I soon developed a passion for copper and its varying colours. This, combined with a love of recycling, allows me to produce unique items. These range from indoor clocks, to garden sculptures, all made using copper water tanks, copper pipe and electrical wire.
All copper items are sprayed with a clear lacquer to protect them from tarnishing and from turning your skin green, but you may find that over time their colour will change. This is part of coppers natural charm and should not be seen as a fault.
I also produce a range of copper and silver jewellery, and driftwood mirrors, some of which are currently on sale at ‘On The Horizon‘, which is situated in Butchers Row, in Bideford’s Pannier Market.
Commissions and comments are always welcome, please feel free to email me.
